‘Perfume’ is a fun pop take on classic slow dance songs. From the very first notes, the intimate and playful mood has already been set. It’s a love song about overcoming hardship in a relationship, the amazing journey loving each other can be, and the personal growth that can develop from such love. Leon isn’t shy about his feelings in this song and lets his emotions flow. Such emotions are perfectly embellished by his great voice, and perfectly backed by every instrument and sound.
